Our Office is responsible for providing Parking Permits and Sycamore ID's to all Students, Faculty, and Staff. We also try to make your visit to campus a pleasant one with easy parking and services. Parking Services is a division of the Public Safety Department and is located at 218 N. 6th Street, Terre Haute, IN. Homecoming Parking **Parking restrictions begin on Friday, October 20 at midnight -
TO PREVENT BEING TOWED- PLEASE REMOVE YOUR VEHICLE FROM LOTS 20, 22, R/15, Q AND D/D EXT AND 5TH STREET AND 9TH STREET– BY 11:59PM ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20.
The ISU Homecoming Parade is scheduled for Saturday, October 21 at 9 am. Parking restrictions will begin on Friday, October 20 at midnight. Vehicles remaining in the restricted areas will be towed from campus at the owner’s expense. Please see the attached document for the parking lot and street closing listing. Parking Lot Capacity Study - when lots have open spaces
SYCAMORE ID CARDS- New and Returning students needing new Sycamore ID cards can visit Parking Services during normal business hours for an ID card. * HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Where will I pick up my parking permit? Students who ordered their parking permits by August 1st will have them mailed to the address they listed. Students who order their parking passes after August 1st will need to pick them at the NEW Parking Services Office - 218 N 6th Street - between Burford and Erickson Hall - look for the bright blue awning - Students must show a state ID or driver’s license to pick up their Sycamore ID.

HOVERBOARDS
The operation and/or parking of all motorized vehicles, including motorcycles, mopeds, golf carts and hoverboards (also known as self-balancing scooters, battery-operated scooters, or hands-free segways), on the sidewalks, pedestrian paths, or lawns of property owned, leased, or used by Indiana State University is expressly prohibited—the exception being identified University service related vehicles and emergency vehicles.
